If you request cancellation before the puja is scheduled or assigned, the team will review the request and process an eligible refund after deducting any payment gateway or administrative charges, where applicable.

After Puja Coordination Starts
Once priest, temple, samagri, or ritual coordination has started, cancellation may not be fully refundable. The eligible amount depends on the work already completed.
Completed Puja
Bookings marked completed are generally not eligible for refund unless there is a verified service issue.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are initiated through the original payment method where possible. Bank or payment provider timelines may vary.
